We procure the best quality raw fibre directly from the farmers, carefully quality controlled, and hackle to remove root stock, gummy tops and impurities.
Batching uses locally produced soybean oil under a UNESCO scheme blended specifically for our unique production through a multiple–pass batching operation. Compliant filaments are carded, 4-stage drawn and spun to single–ply yarn before being treated, polished and finished, and then twisted to strands and rope on dedicated machinery designed for fine jute fibre.
We produce stable and consistent high–quality products with superb feel, low fibre loss, hairiness and nap, and high wear abrasion.
We avoid plastics in all our packaging.
